"Our stay at Zhero Hotel Mallorca was interesting. On the one hand, the staff was amazingly accommodating, pleasant and helpful. On the other hand, the hotel is showing signs of needing maintenance and general updates that seem to have been neglected. "Absolutely amazing could not fault the hotel. Pools were all lovely and clean and not too busy. Staff were very friendly and welcoming and quick to check that you're okay and have everything you need. The main shops and beach are just a five minute walk away so super convenient. We went all inclusive and i couldnt fault the food there was a massive buffet selection so something for everyone and if you're a little fussy theres plenty of 'usual' british food too like chips and bits for the kids...

What a find.
"We went on a 14 person stag do and this hotel was perfect. Great bar service, the rooms were good and the breakfast until 1pm was a life saver. Some lads were clever enough to get a breakfast and a lunch out of it. Others managed to just get fed by 1. The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to both Palma Nova and Magaluf and lots of nice seafront bars within 5 minutes. A couple things let the hotel down, The air con seemed to make the rooms hotter, couldn’t get it to run for more than 10 minutes, luckily it was cool enough on a night to sleep with the door open. And a tiny moan, the pool was freezing, likely the time of year that we went (May). Barely a single hotel guest went in the pool. "
