"Wish our stay was longer! Arrived at 1 am in the morning, night staff so helpful. Could not find parking spot on street so fair warning to reserve a spot. Breakfast was amazing! And what a view! We had a 10 am bicycle tour in old City of Palma, so was unable to enjoy any walk to terrace and pool area, because area closed until opening at 9 am. Would definitely stay again"

"Booked for business reasons, not vacation so did not use all of the facilities. Very helpful staff. Main restaurant(s) were across the road in the sister hotel. Room was spacious and comfortable. Parking is an issue as there is nowhere to really park and off load luggage etc. At check-in they can give you an automatic garage door opener for a private garage 70m down the road, charged at €16 per day."

"5 stars all around!! We were warmly welcomed at check in with a glass of champagne and very friendly service!! Huge shout out to the Kristal restaurant they have inside the hotel as well. We had a three course meal of the beef tenderloin and a sushi platter and Mochi for dessert paired with fresh fruit and the chef even brought us out his own creation of another seafood sashimi! The chef came out twice to greet us and ensure we were having a great meal which it was, the best meal I’ve ever had hands down!!I have never in my life had seafood more fresh and beef so tender as I did here. As a tip, go to that restaurant and skip the buffet they offer in their second restaurant, it was honestly the same price for everything as what we would’ve spent at the buffet. Overall, the hotel is located within a 15 min walk (farthest you’ll go) of 3 other beaches, all different in their own ways. If you don’t feel like walking to another beach, the property has its own beautiful pool with two bars to use and a private dock to jump into the ocean as you please. The room itself was amazing, all the rooms have a view of the ocean which was gorgeous and quiet to sit out on your balcony enjoying the views. All in all, the property was nice and relaxing without too much partying going on (which was what we were looking for) and they had live music and entertainers every night. I will always be dreaming from now on the delicious and amazing dinner from the Kristal restaurant and the stunning views"

"A very nice quiet location not far from the beach area and lots of restaurants. The hotel has 4 very nice pools although 1 of them is only a plunge pool on a roof top. Rooms were comfortable with all the facilities you'd expect, although the decor is minimalist and clean. The breakfast was comprehensive with a wide choice of foods. Another coffee maker would help to avoid significant delay at busy times. The main pool also has a bar with a food menu. The selection is perfectly adequate for lunch and everything we ordered was nice. Easy parking 3 min walk away made things very easy. The staff were great in every department and wed definitely go back."
