"Very friendly and helpful. We had a double booking, and they ypgraded me for free instead of cancelling! Im coming in off thebPCT, and they also let me ship a package to their office and pick it up a week later! Smiles and friendly communication the whole way. The property is cute, rustic and right across trom the river. Near the diner and post office. Great spot!"

"A Charming Motel with lots of interesting and unusual decor. Our hosts were terrific fun and even provided a musical evening of entertainment (Tuesdays). Room was good, clean and well provisioned with water, coffee and biscuits/snack. TV, A/C, Fridge and Fan all worked fine. Could do with a hook to hang towels in the shower room (or did we miss it?). Micro-brewery next door. Pizza’s down the road. Bakery and Diner just over the bridge and in the village. A Great Find!"

"Very nice area, somehow missed the town at the bottom of the hill. Cheryl’s restaurant has a great breakfast. Little shops and such are going on in town. Loved the Kern River running behind the lodge. I am sure I saw gold glittering in the rocks, but forgot my pan! Ha, Great little lodge and area! We were passing through a lot of beautiful scenery. "
