"While this hotel was still great value for money, there was a significant amount of things thay were not as advertised. The booking should have included a welcpme drink and boasts about having both a swim up bar and restaurant bar, but neither of these bars exist now. It also advises a restaurant abd 24h room service but the restaurant is only open for breakfast. The resort looks as though when it was built it would have been beautiful but I presume COVID hit this place hard.."

"we had a fantastic 4 days at this hotel. It was 5 star on every level. The stand out is the staff who are so friendly helpful and kind and can never do enough for you. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is incredible with the widest selection of food you can imagine. The pool area is beautiful and the food in all the restaurants excellent. "
