"I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. On our first night, the air conditioning in our room was not working properly. However, the staff responded quickly and transferred us to a different room, which we really appreciated. The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options, including fresh fruit, eggs, bread, pastries, and hot and cold drinks. Everything was fresh and delicious. Overall, I was very impressed with the service and hospitality. Despite the issue with the air conditioning, the staff handled the situation professionally and made sure we were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Overall great stay. Clean. Modern. Ice maker is only available on 5th floor and we are on the 11th so a bit inconvenient waiting for one of the two elevators but minor issue really. Otherwise all good."
