"this is now one of my favourite places to stay. all the staff are well trained and responsive. i recommend upgrading to the gold floor, very worth it facilities are fantastic. great restaurant, great bar, great gym. you can walk to your check in in the terminal. you can also eat at kiosks in the terminal if you want. all that, plus stunning views and you get to watch planes take off every few minutes. I like that the profits will go to support YWCA programs. Highly recommend the jam cafe for breakfast, but get there early. A line forms before opening. Parking is limited. "
