"Arrived an hour after 4pm check in and upon going to our room found housekeeping in there cleaning and room not ready. Felt like they rushed finishing cleaning to get out, floor was wet when we went in and still a dirty floor, water all over the counters by the sink. Walls had lots of liquid streaks on them. 2nd day we went to go back to our hotel and our keys would no longer work, had to go and get that fixed at front desk. It was though they thought our check out was after one day instead...

"I booked a 3-bedroom stay but only 2 bedrooms were available when we checked in. I reached out to the owner and I was told that they don’t have 3 bedrooms available. I sent proof that I paid for 3 bedrooms. They were unwilling to help. "

"If you just want to be left alone and you don’t need anything from a traditional hotel staff, this is the place for you. Nobody on site, which I was fine with. A bit corporate (boring), but clean and in a good location. I’d stay again."

"The bed was amazing at this property. The mattress was firm. The pillows soft and comfortable. The view from Room A was unexpectedly good overlooking the Fraser River Valley. The parking is difficult, very crowded. I prefer coffee available in the room, but the downstairs kitchen had good access to coffee, tea, milk, and sugar. We explored Steveston Fisherman's Wharf on the Fraser River and Granville Island downtown Vancouver. This was a good central location. "

"This hotel was pretty great! It's right across from the sky train station and Starbucks and right beside a convenience store. There are plenty of cute restaurants around as well. The room looked really new and stylish, and also romantic for the couples out there! Cute bathroom with amazing soap, shampoo, a lotion (I wish I had asked what brand because I want to buy it!)"
