"The property is a long term stay hotel and rooms with kitchenette and living room were spacious. Another positive is the public transport is all literally very close. In addition there is a great cafe bar across from the Opera with great food and drinks and stays open late. On the negative side the area outside our second floor room and the shower smelled badly of sewage during the heavy rains. The breakfast is overpriced so save some money and walk to the bagel shop or cafes nearby. ...
