"What a fabulous hotel! The staff is amazing! From reception to restaurant, everyone is so pleasant and helpful. They make you feel at home! The location of the hotel is the best. 3 minutes walk to the State Opera and walking distance to most attractions. Our room was street facing. "Stunning! Beautifully styled hotel both inside and out. Loved our room 215, no balcony but with huge windows opening out onto the street with morning sunrise too. Staff were amazing, reception and concierge were friendly and extremely professional and helpful; bar and restaurant staff were lovely. Really clean, lovely finishings, fab food, great cocktails, great room service for coffee too. Would I change or improve anything, no chance, everything perfect as it is. "
