"Property was exactly like the photos and had everything we needed. Lovely comfy beds, decent tv and good location. Communication from agency was excellent and the check in process was really hassle free. Would definitely use again! "

"Customer service is horrendous, it’s like trying to communicate with a robot! House is tired and in need of modernisation and repair. The boiler is broken has to have an engineer out on the day we arrived as no hot water. Boiler broke every day and we had to relight the pilot light. Out of hours phone number provided dosent exist!!!!!! "

"We throughly enjoyed our stay. Whilst we didnt cook, the kitchen is clearly well equipped with everything needed for a self catering holiday. The beds were comfy and check in / communication was excellent. I would recommend this holiday home and stay again if ever visiting Norwich again"

"First, the appearance of the place seemed nice, but it was dusty and had cob webs. The old windows leaked cold air, and when we arrived, none of the radiators were on. Once we turned one on, it said the house was 10 degree Celsius- in the middle of winter - brrrr. The Cottage is also two stories, with very steep stairs. We had to leave and find another place to stay because my elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs to her bedroom and my small children couldn’t spend the night in a freezing house....

Lovely hotel, superb location

"We enjoyed our stay at the Maid's Head, both for its well-appointed rooms and central location. We were a stone's throw from the cathedral, charming pubs, and restaurants, yet our room was blissfully quiet. My only complaint is that the website says the hotel offers "ample complimentary car parking on site," yet when we checked in, we were charged an additional £20. I expressed surprise at this, but as the reception clerk didn't yield, I figured I'd been mistaken. This took a bit of the shine off our otherwise pleasant stay. "
