Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. So they happy to take my money yet I couldn’t enter this property. I travelled over 4 hours to get here and then was disappointed to have to book other accommodation 12 miles away, at...
