Leaving numerous messages with no luck. I contacted virtual assistant on hotels.com who also was unable to get any response from the hosts. "No one was available to let us in the room so we couldn’t stay there. No person answered the phone and there was no reception office. A very poor experience and we had to find alternative accommodation. "
