"This brand new Riad is just in the heart of the Medina, less than 15 mins walking distance from the main attractions. Even if newly built, the Moroccan flavor is well perceived! The hosts are always friendly and willing to give advices. Breakfast on the terrace is a plus!"

"The place was very convenient and comfortable. Fannan was so helpful and friendly all the time. I wasn’t feeling well and they got me boiled potatoes and special foods to accommodate my upset stomach. It just felt like home away from home. I can’t ask for a better hotel. Noureddine was helpful in every way. It was nice to stay within Madina walls to explore the neighborhood thoroughly. "

"Aside from not having an internet connection for most of our stay, this was a comfortable and charming riad. To be fair, they did say the internet issue was an isolated issue. However, the staff made us feel at home and super comfortable. Cheihk and Nelly were very accommodating and gave us really good suggestions for dining and directions!"

"Absolutely the best stay in all of Marrakesh ! Just the reception we received from the lovely lady in the front desk. I unfortunately forgot her name, but it started with an ‘S’. She was absolutely divine. The dinner & show was exceptional at the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was to die for. I loved it all and will be back just for this Riad. The best! "

Hotel like in fairy tale

"The hotel teminds me Thousand and one nights fairytale. It looks amazing, stuff was very welcomming, offered tea, guided me in the hotel and shoved me on the card, whete to go. Receptionist Mohammed was extremely polite and took me with to listen the Berber music. Only little think: the ordered taxi for early morning did not come. But receptionist made sure I get another one. "

"The staff was amazing and the Riad is exceptionally clean and beautiful. It is like walking into a magazine. The staff was so helpful , they ensured we had all information to see all landmarks and were available 24/7. Breakfast was fantastic and we had a supper on the rooftop the first night we were there which was incredible. We had to check out at 6 am to catch a train and they even had a breakfast packed for us when we checked out. Top notch all the way!!! Cannot say enough good things about this property. I would recommend this Riad to anyone that was visiting marrakesh to make your stay memorable. "

"Our stay at La Mamounia was exceptional, the architecture was so beautiful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It was walking distance to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. Our room was beautiful, very clean and comfortable, the food was amazing as was the hammam and pool. Only negative was the view from the Hivernage suite, there isn’t one, only the hotel roof. But will definitely return."

"Fantastic building in the traditional Moroccan architecture. Excellent common spaces with outlets as workspaces. If you fly into Marrakech, use the transport service arranged through the hotel. If you take the train, prepare to walk through the old city to the hotel for about 14min, as most taxi drivers will not enter the old city."

"This riad is truly a gem. It’s beautiful and immaculately kept. Staff were top notch and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Once inside, you’re in a calm and magical oasis away from the heat and bustle of the city. With the excellent customer service, beautiful space and great location, this is quite possibly my best lodging experience ever - I never wanted to leave! Bonus points for going out of their way to provide me with gluten-free breakfasts (gf bread and even crepes!) without me asking. "
