Pas de Clim, pas d’eau chaude dans la douche et pas de serviettes de bains tous les jours.Restauration du petit déjeuné, du midi et du soir catastrophique ( 3h d’attente/attaque de chats/70% de la carte non dispo). Chambre non faites tous les jours et par endroit très vétuste . Gardien d’hôtel non présent tous les soirs (prévoir de sauter le mur pour rentrer dans sa chambre). "Great riad. The staff was so helpful from check in to check out. They were knowledgeable of the area, and even ensured our safety by walking us to and from the main road and arranged taxis and excursions for us. The room was nice and cozy with basic amenities. The onsite restaurant was good, both upstairs and poolside. If I return to Marrakech, I'd definitely stay here again."

"A lovely stay and everything we needed. Bit of an unpleasant first impression with security guard deciding whether he would let us in - travelling with my 16 year old and had confirmation that he was welcome but that information apparently never reached the gate. Main Property is beautiful but there is large parts of the hotel grounds which seems to be a building site/abandoned. I see now why they offer to drive you to gym/spa/indoor pool area! It was clearly a huge resort in previous times. Our hotel room was beautiful and two large single beds and a pool view was perfect! We both slept v well. Pools were lovely but the entertainment and the music can be loud at the main pool, we preferred the quieter pool. Hadn’t appreciated how much entertainment there was and it’s not something that bothers us but everyone seem to enjoy it! Food in buffet was excellent and always something delicious to eat - we didn’t bother to eat at à la carte restaurants which are a bus ride away but didn’t hear anything too positive about them anyway. Staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful!"

"We stayed here for 6 nights. Myself and 2 children aged 11 and 13 and we had a fantastic time. I felt very safe as there is security at the hotel entrance as you arrive. The rooms are a little outdated but immaculately clean and the cleaning staff done an amazing job even cleaning my daughter’s shoes when she walked in mud!!! My only downside was the shower water pressure was terrible but honestly it doesn’t take away from all the good things!! The pools are amazing. So many choices, slides, lounger available all day and close access to drinks and refreshments all day. The entertainment staff are super friendly and love getting you involved. We loved the water polo! The restaurant was amazing. The choice and range of food was outstanding and delicious. Possible the best all inclusive I’ve been to. The restaurant staff were outstanding. Special mention to Ouilid who looked after us every night and brought us drinks and made sure we had everything we needed. He went above and beyond. We also utilised the tour desk and booked a tour to the dessert. It took all the stress out of it was a really reasonable price for the three of us including private car. I would highly recommend here!"
