"I will never recommend this hotel to anyone , I booked a room with a walk in shower as I have a mobility issue, when I checked in they did not have one , but they offered me a room with full view of the lagoon what was a joke as the window was so dirty to even enjoy the view. I asked them if I can check out at 12 pm as I checked in at 10.30 pm as my train was late, they said there will be an extra charge for one hour. They have two bottles of water for $ 8 each and it clearly states the best water in the world lol. Thank goodness it was only one night stay."

"The rating overall was Excellent! The staff in the bar was sub par! About 12 people in bar and 3 people working. After waiting 20 minutes for service we left very frustrated. We went up to bar and bar tender brushed us aside saying someone would come. She did but was extremely rude"

"Everything is great except you have to pay for parking. I don’t get it. If you’re staying in the hotel, why would you have to pay?"

"It is a very pleasant historic place dating back to the 1920's with photos and newspaper clipping on the walls. The building and rooms are well kept and clean. Staff were kindly and helpful. While no car parking is provided, on the street parking on side streets is free and seemed safe. Only criticism I have is that there was a lack of hot water in the shower and bathroom sink. Otherwise a great experience and excellent location."
