I’ve stayed here 3 different times and none of the outlets can properly grip a charging cord they all slip or easily fall out, not once has a tv worked inside a room, some of the toilets don’t function properly, some of the showers only have cold water, some of the balcony’s have chairs to sit on while some of them don’t and the mini fridges don’t function well. The staff there are extremely nice & helpful and the rooms have always been cleaned and the staff are helpful when you need more pillows or towels. This hotel also has a good pool and a Greek restaurant downstairs and you can order drinks from the bar to take to your room so that’s really cool

The location of the hotel is very good. Near Coral Gables downtown amenities and trolley. The restaurant has a great breakfast selection. The cleaning staff is good and cares to make your stay a good one. The front desk staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would stay there again!

We had arrived in the middle of the night after hours of flight delays so we checked in around 4am. The staff was kind & courteous. However, once we settled into our room it looked like if hadn’t been vacuumed. Ok… we were tired so we let it slide. But when we went to get in bed their was hair in the sheets. So then we thought maybe we weren’t sleeping in a clean bed. We were so exhausted that when I suggested to my partner that we change rooms he said to just leave it. The next morning I mentioned something & the staff was very kind & understanding. What was strange is that we walked by other rooms that looked perfectly new & clean, but for some reason not the one we stayed in. Location was great but the dirty room not so much.

We stayed one night before we got on a a cruise. The hotel is relatively close to the airport, and in a quiet part of town. The hotel is older, and in OK condition. Our first room didn't have any power, but the front desk was quick to give us another room. There's a nice bakery a few minutes down the street.
