The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and well maintained. I don’t understand the negative reviews. The hotel can use some cosmetic improvements but nothing dramatic. The service was great and the staff were friendly and helpful. The area was great with wonderful restaurants in walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

The only parking available on site was at a cost of $35. Per day which is quite steep. Street parking is available but at a cost of $4.00 per hour. There is a parking garage one block away which charges $17.00 per day. Quite expensive for more than a one day stay.

I was in Coral Gables to drop off my daughter at UMiami and this hotel was perfect. The location is great. It was only a 10 minute ride to campus. I rented a car from a rental company near the hotel rather than rent at Miami airport and it was super convenient. I parked at a meter on the street rather than pay the overnight parking fee and that worked out. The staff is very attentive. I felt very safe as the front desk is in a central location right inside the main door and the entrance is not on a major street. I'll definitely stay here again.

The rooms are comfortable. Really great bathroom: spacious, amazing water pressure, heater. The service was first class. You could walk around to mant bars and restaurants. Valet parking available (only valet). Nice bar with limited menu and some breakfast alternatives. Internet available.
