"Rooms showed signs of excess damage, beds were uncomfortable and lots of things like blinds and windows were dirty. The big lotion container in our room was empty and fridge didn’t work. Airport shuttle took 1h and 20 mins to finally get picked up after they kept passing us saying they were full. For the price $575/nt - I would have expected much better. Pool was the only good part but even the chairs were all broken. Would not recommend this property."

"This was a great find! The nice exercise room was a plus! We loved having a restaurant b/c there were no other choices nearby. We would definitely go again. Price was right and the beds were awesome! We didn’t want to get out of bed in the am. "

"Lovely hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby, and only about 20 minutes from Miami airport. Swimming pool is beautiful, but 50% of it is in the shade. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but the food around the pool was lovely. "

"The whole experience was underwhelming. My room was dusty, the shower took so long for the water to get hot, for a minute I thought they didn’t have hot water. Also,mold strips started to come out of crevices in the shower. Gross.The front desk staff are robotic. No personality. The only pleasant individual, was the young valet parker with the wavy hair neck length that worked there Wednesday. The Biltmore is not what it used to be. The “W” blows them out of the water. "
