"The room's air conditioning system is very noisy. If you're a light sleeper, think twice before booking this room. Also, when you open the window, you might see a large wall. Don't worry, it's just a wall."

"Room was clean, bed very comfy. We don’t like the half door shower they have going on but it looks very nice. I hated the toilets lol. The restaurant onsite didn’t have pepperoni pizza, or beef for the nachos. Also super slow service. The pool was pretty, it stayed in the shade the entire time we were there, which I bet is great when it’s super hot out! From booking I really thought there was going to be more around, or a little walk by the water, it was more industrial though. Definitely a great location to stay the night before your flight because it’s so convenient to the airport. "

"The worst place I’ve ever booked on Expedia. The smell in the room was horrible. It’s nothing like the pictures. People yelling all night. There was one woman screaming from 7 A.M until about 10A.M. When you tell the front desk they just say “Oh” I wouldn’t stay here again ever. "

"Good location and team working informative. Bus collection from airport very challenging with no way of contacting hotel. Needs a revisit. Condition of hotel is simply extremely dated could be a stunning hotel if money reinvested in the property as clearly a busy hotel. Transfer from hotel to cruise terminal much better."

"Hotel is very nice - a grand hotel from the past - service is very good, as is food. However late at night there were VERY loud motorcycle noises and in middle of night a prone in adjacent room rang for several minutes with no answer, so difficult to get a good night of sleep."

"The room was very nice and I was very happy to have booked a room with a patio for my two dogs. A bellman said he would bring welcoming packs for the dogs, but never did, but my guys had everything they needed. Great stay."
