"This is an awesome hotel that would have gotten a much better review IF there was not one ginormous problem. The staff was great in every area of the hotel that we used. The bartender was amazing and the executive lounge offered good breakfast, beverages, and snacks. We were not there during the week to experience the nightly reception. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and had good pillows and toiletries. The negative during our stay was a big one, at least for that time period. The hotel was sold out, with major conventions and all of the ballrooms etc., in use. There was only ONE working elevator. The wait to move up and down floors, within the hotel, was 10 minutes or more EACH TIME. We were there for a wedding and a lot of activities outside of the hotel, so we had to come and go A LOT. The elevator situation was not resolved in the 4 days we were there. That seems shameful for a huge, higher end, hotel brand, like Hilton!! I do not believe there couldn't have been service provided to that elevator in 4 days, if they cared about the problem and their guests. It was a major inconvenience that was seemingly ignored, except for a paper we're sorry sign on its door."

"Spacious, comfortable walk-out ground floor apartment, the lower level of the hosts’ home. Well appointed, nice extra touches. Comfortable bed, great shower. I loved the beautiful fresh flowers from our hosts’ garden and the covered patio area where we enjoyed eating lunch. Be aware that laundry and bicycles are not in the apartment, they are in the owners’ garage. There were many posted instructions, explanations and rules."

Spacious Family Friendly Home in Quiet Neighborhood

"The house was equipped with all the things you might need. The kitchen was amazing. The shower in the basement could use some love. We enjoyed our time. But… the amount of rules was overwhelming. I was scared that our kids were going to be too loud.. we were in town to visit family and i was scared for them to come over. We did have everyone over 1 evening and the owner asked us about our “party.” It was not a party it was our family. She also was at the house 10 minutes before check out and let herself in. I’m in the kitchen and a woman comes in the garage door. It was very odd. The booklet needs to be updated regarding the trash pickup days. Also, the monitoring of the cameras around the house was a bit strange too. You can tell it’s not a cleaning company that does the house. It’s in fact the owner and her grandchildren that do it."
