"Excellent location, nice, clean and quiet room with BBC news available on TV and a hot pot in the room for making tea. Comfortable beds and clean bathroom with excellent shower. Hotel staff are polite but some at the front desk seem more competent than others (the person who checked us in forgot to share any of the hotel’s amenities with us, including info about the breakfast buffet and fitness areas). Very good breakfast buffet included with extremely helpful and friendly serving staff. Nice fitness room with limited equipment (but both regular water and sparkling water on tap), a dry sauna and a steam room with clean locker and showers that were so lightly used that no one else was there when we used them. Most staying there were in Bergen on business or attending the nearby international music festival—despite being told we would hear the music the rooms were quiet and we never heard a thing. Would definitely stay here again."

"This is a wonderful hotel for a first or last night near the Bergen airport. Large, quiet rooms, excellent food. The only disadvantage is that it is 800 meters from the terminal -- a long walk when it's raining but a very short ride in a taxi."
