"Read the fine print :) Reception must be notified if you would like your room cleaned. Something totally new to me. No phone in room to call front desk, another new concept. Otherwise, glad I chose Premier Inn Hammersmith."

"I asked for a hotel close to Heathrow Airport. This was 20 minutes on London Transport, and I had a heavy suitcase. The buses were frequent however. No safe in the room, but since I was only there one night this was not important. The hotel fit the bill for a one-night stay, and staff were very pleasant and helpful."

"Close to train and tube stations."

"The location was perfect. We walked to everything. The room had everything we needed. They even had a good deal for dinner with a drink and w breakfast the following morning. Food was surprisingly good for a hotel restaurant and the service was exceptional, especially our waitress, Rachel. We will absolutely stay here again!"

"I think need to reduce the price room"

"Un bonito hotel muy bien ubicado, cerca de los tractivos turísticos, limpio, cómodo y el personal muy atento, amable y siempre con afán de apoyar en todo. Excelente hotel"
