"The room’s bedding was a little worn down, should be replaced soon. Loved the arcade, the indoor pool, the hot tub, and the bar. Overall the entire property can use a good upgrade compared to your typical Embassy Suites, but it was worth the price. "

"The Staff charged me $440 dollars at check in instead of $40 for the incidental hold on my card. They apologized, but the damage was already done. They canceled the charge, but I still won't be able to access that money for 5-10 business days. This sorta threw a wrench in my weekend plans being 440 dollars short for my birthday. There wasn't any compensation for the mix up. The room itself was great and clean but this was a super frustrating experience."
