"The room had a very strong bleach (Clorox) smell that didn’t go away even with windows open and AC on. It irritated our throats and made us feel sick. We reported it to the front desk, but they refused to cancel our 4-night stay. We had to find another hotel that night. Expedia only refunded 2 nights, even though we didn’t stay at all. A full refund would have been fair"

"The room was clean although there was a cigarette burn on the arm of my couch. I was glad they had basics in the bathroom however the conditioner was mostly filled with water and just shut out hit me in the neck. They had put me in a hearing accessible room which was fine however the freeway outside the window was loud and the room itself appear to be connected to the elevator so all night long there was noise. They did provide it ear plugs and now I understand why. The staff was friendly, the breakfast was fine, and overall it's a decent place to stay!"
