It’s a boutique hotel so it’s almost like you’re staying in someone’s home bcs of the personal attention you receive. Ubers are very inexpensive so you can get to the main areas w/out spending too much money. "

"You seriously need a car to visit this wonderful city, so it was great that Leisure Bay offered onsite parking. There were reasonable add on fees for parking and wifi, but the 24 hour security team, the daily housekeeping crew and the front desk problem solvers were first class. And then, there's the beach and the views of a brooding Table Mountain, the light show of downtown and the parade of steamers twinking off shore, a neat and tidy kitchen, two bedroons, two bathrooms, a huge balcony and the awesome sound of those waves coming through our wide open patio doors. Important note ... traffic congestion is a given, as is right hand drive with your gear shifter, turn signals flipped to your other hands if you're not a Brit, and a GPS is a must."
