"This property was not the property presented in photos. The photos relate to another property in the same building. There is a long-standing maintenance issue with the ensuite toilet. While the agent is generally responsive their 2 interventions were not effective and we had to cease using the toilet. Flooring in the living area is damaged. No toiletries provided.
