"A clean place to lay your head at an affordable price. Would be a nice added extra to have an option to have a room with a freezer and I would use barbeque facilities if they were available. Anytime anything goes wrong they fix it quickly and professionally."

"The front desk lady Ms.Donna was very helpful and accommodating. She had excellent hospitality and customer service making our stay very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton! "The room was very neat and clean, and the bathroom very nice too. Most pleasant was how simple, quiet, and responsive the AC/Heater unit was. When we turned the thermostat up, we heard it change from AC to heat right away. The window had a daytime shade and a nighttime shade. The view of the river was serene. Breakfast buffet was great! The snack room had a large variety of items and drinks."
