Been staying at this location a few times since 2018. Maintenance seems to be slipping. Sink faucet splattered like the aerator needs cleaning. My last visit the shower head was leaking. Staff was fantastic.

The room was quiet and the price was decent. There were a couple little housekeeping quirks, such as an empty rug tape package being left on the desk and a rogue pretzel stick on the floor by the bed, but overall a pretty clean room. The breakfast room was large and was nicely decorated for fall, with plenty of hot breakfast options.

The desk staff were friendly and efficient. The building could use some updating and minor maintenance, but is clean. The bed itself was comfortable and clean, but the room overall had dusty tables, as well as poorly vacuumed corners and edges. The bathroom was clean and in good repair. Breakfast had a typical motel selection. Overall this is an acceptable place to stay, but could be better.

Staff are very nice, both morning and evening. Random overnight stay when driving through. Location seemed a little rundown (stores across the street are closed/abandoned) but felt safe. Room was clean but bathroom shower needed attention with dirt/mold in the shower door track. Would stay again. Price was right and included breakfast saved us time and money. Drove into town and enjoyed some local music (Friday night at Original’s Owago bar).

The facilities were clearly built many moons ago, but was generally clean and satisfactory other than the bathroom - from its sliding doors to the floor, the shower was filled with mold and layers of grime, and the sink drainage was horrid.

Old hotel with kenmore apliances since 70 or 80s, rust and mold, dingy looking, double beds are full beds and not queen so hard for two adults to sleep in one bed. Breackfast was ok. Beds were pretty comfortable.

This Best Western has a welcoming atmosphere and is clean. I did wish rooms were cleaned daily, but I didn't ask about it until we checked out!

Hotel smelled like fresh laundry, and there were individually bagged cookies upon check-in. Staff were AMAZING! Dining room spacious & looks newly renovated. Lots of hot & cold options for breakfast! My room however was in the process of being renovated, and I found women’s clothing in my closet. I booked the room last minute, and there was only one room left, so I was just happy I was able to get a room to begin with!
