"Very affordable compared to other lodging options in the area. Great to have full-size fridge w. ice maker and microwave. Only downside is TV. No local news or sports channels."

"Staff was super friendly and helpful. Although renovated, carpets are still filthy Really the only complaint though would be that the walls and floors are super thin. Sad when you can hear people above you using the washroom. I would stay again for the price though. Continental breakfast was great "

"I can be quite picky. To my point I always travel with Tea tree and Rosemary oil, blankets, hoodie, socks, long pants even in summer…I used none of these! I was pleasantly surprised at the level of cleanliness. We arrived a bit late in the evening and the front desk staff member, Kathy was lovely. There is a very mini “market” available 24hrs which met our late night needs."

"We didn't stay there because we were told by my daughter and her boyfriend, who is a local Peace Officer, that the hotel is used for homeless people and there was a stabbing that took place there a few weeks ago!"

"The front desk lady Ms.Donna was very helpful and accommodating. She had excellent hospitality and customer service making our stay very peaceful and enjoyable. We had a bad experience with 2 other hotels in the area and it was very reassuring to stay here after. Thank you Ms.Donna and the Fairfield inn, we will be staying here everytime we visit Binghamton! "
