We tried to make changes to our reservation at the desk, but had to call the central booking number. So that was a bit inconvenient but they did let us use their hotel phone. "Good parking facilities at no extra cost. Reasonable close to town centre and railway station. If you take the path along the river is a pleasant stroll. Take your own shampoo, hair-dryer, shower gel. You will not find any. WLAN available, but not the best reliability."
