If I am in Brighton this is the hotel where I will stay. On the beach, walkable, and straight walk to Train station or National Express bus to Airports. Not my first stay at this hotel, hopefully not my last.

The first room we were allocated was right opposite a nightclub and we got no sleep until 4 am in the morning. We made a complaint and reception moved us to a better room which was really nice room and quiet . The first room was very tired and a bit shabby the second room was really nice but it was an upgrade. We had breakfast each morning. The continental breakfast was better than the cooked breakfast. The staff were very slow and not very attentive. We had one meal in the restaurant and it was very good. I was disappointed that it was Card only ….. would I stay there again ? ….no

Loved this hotel, thought It was cheeky having to pay a daily rate to swim with a child when you can only swim at two times. Also cheeky I was charged for an early check in which they did not let me know I had to pay for until they gave me the key. I would have dropped my bags and come back. The refrigerator made loud noises in the middle of the night. A wonderful room with a super view and binoculars to look at the sea 🌊 Very friendly staff too.

Great location - on the Brighton beach front and close to The Lanes for a wide range of food and drink. Hotel not up to the Harbour Hotel group standard - tired and scruffy around the edges. Arrived after published checkin time but room not ready - which was a problem as had a timed ticket entry to concert. Offered complimentary drink by way of apology, which was nice, however would have much preferred to have been able to access the room.

Lovely hotel in a very convenient location. Complimentary G&T in the room was a very nice touch! Breakfast was good but service was extremely slow. Had to wait a good 30 mins for tea and coffee to arrive and about an hour for our cooked breakfast. It wasn’t busy.

Lovely hotel with a great view. We had a corner suite and the welcome gin was appreciated, shame only the tonic was replaced on day 2. Room service was delicious. Be warned it is £10 per person per day to use the spa if you haven't booked direct - this is hidden away on the hotel description (unlike other charges which were easy to see up front!)

My stay was supposed to be a cozy stay if the weather is bad where I could curl up somewhere with a book however, the only 'seating area' was the bar which has sofa but there is nothing cozy about them. For the two days that I was stayed, there were cushions stacked up on a sofa in the restaurant area and it appears that no one made the effort to either tidy them up or hide them away if they were not in use. The spa had both hot tubs out of order. The F&B staff were very friendly and attentive, however, the bedroom staff were not at all concerned with guests, so much so in fact, that I had to go through 3 corridor doors to get to my room and one of the staff was in front of me and not once did she attempt to hold the doors open, or even make an effort and no greetings. At one point there was a vacuum cleaner in the corridor lying a across the floor that you had to step over it. The food was delicious The reception staff were okay. I realise that I booked a single room however, that room should be relegated to a storage unit. It is very noisy and it is known because there were ear plugs on the bed side table. Personally I don't think it should be sold at the cost it has been and I got it at a deal. No more than £80!

Hotel is clean and tidy, with lovely staff. The spa itself was a huge bonus at a hotel, the only downside I have is that there are a good few steps in this hotel, some quite tricky steps down to the lower level spa, but it was lovely clean and very relaxing. Can get quite busy.

I stayed in a single “cosy” room which was tiny but really comfortable and exactly what I needed. Very clean room and lovely bathroom. I visited the spa which is very nice, breakfast was also lovely. It’s also in a great location right on the seafront and super close to all of the shops and not far from the station. I would stay here again
