"Overall a positive stay. The location is excellent - close proximity to Guggenheim, funicular and Casco Viejo. Appreciated that staff let guests borrow umbrellas when it rained. Only minor gripes were lack of same day laundry service (at least the morning I inquired), bathroom countertop not thoroughly scrubbed and warm breakfast items were not warm at all (though variety of buffet was excellent). "

"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "
