"Most of the lockers were broken and you could not truly secure your belongings while you were out. The beds were not comfortable and the very limited electric receptacles were inconveniently located and ususlly being used; several of the secure charging lockers were out of order. The location is great, just across the river from the Guggenheim and reasonably walkable to other sights."

"Friendly staff, convenient location in the old town. Plenty of places to eat and drink close by. It was a 20 minute walk from the bus stop where the airport bus dropped us off but that isn't any fault of the hotel. Excellent place to stay and I would recommend it "

"Friendly staff, large spacious room with complimentary toiletries including toothbrush etc. tea/coffee facilities in room. Comfy bed. Breakfast is continental and you need to book your time slot as only a small area but no issues doing that. Great location. "
