Amazing boutique hotel in a fabulous location.

I really loved this hotel, it is in a great location on the edge of the old town, near the river. Our room was amazing and the bed is the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. Staff were really friendly, they even left us a welcome bottle of red wine. The bar/cafe on the ground floor has a great vibe, we usually finished our day with a drink in the bar. We didn’t opt for the pre booked breakfast, but the bar had lovely pastries, breads etc that we had instead. I highly recommend this very lovely hotel.

Highly recommended property to stay at. It is renovated and it presents very well. It is close to transport (bus, metro, trans and in walking distance to the main train station). Staff is very nice and will try to accommodate you as much as they can (we got a very early check in at our arrival). I will definitelly stay there again.

2 star Hotel with 4 star service

This is an excellent 2 star hotel with the facilities of a 4 star. The rooms are attractive enough to ignore the lack of view (light well only). Great bathroom, safe, even a kettle. Really helpful staff and a great location on the edge of the Casco Viejo and close to public transport

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel in an ideal location. Front desk people were friendly and helpful. There were just a few amenities missing that would have made it better: a makeup mirror and tissues and water. They provide a bottle of water on your first day only which is annoying and inconvenient. Any place with any class will give you a bottle of water everyday. I asked and was refused. Otherwise, a very nice hotel.

Great value for price! Our room was the perfect size and the property was very clean. It seems to be brand new (slight lingering smell of fresh paint, but that didn't bother us). Can't beat the location- very easy walk into Abando and great access to all of old town. Expedia seems to have the wrong check-in time as we learned when we arrived at the hotel at 10:30am. Luckily, our room was ready, so they let us in early. Staff was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. One thing we felt the hotel really should invest in is umbrellas. It wasn't an issue since there are plenty of people selling them for a reasonable price on the street. But in a city as rainy as Bilbao, every hotel should have some extra umbrellas. Robes would have been a nice to have, but not necessary. Overall we had a great stay! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bilbao.
