"excellent location and very spacious. Txema himself was waiting for us and showed us around, plus provided great advice. You could walk everywhere and we were in the heart of the old town. My only negative comment was on the beds, the mattresses were lumpy and this could be fixed easily. "

"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "

"Staying at Aliciazzz has been great, right in the historic center, so you can walk around easily everywhere. Metro trains connect you to everywhere else, 20 mins walk along the river and you reach the Guggenheim museum. My room was cery clean and tidy, i had everything i needed. Self check in is very easy and personnel lovely. Recommended. "
