"excellent location and very spacious. Txema himself was waiting for us and showed us around, plus provided great advice. You could walk everywhere and we were in the heart of the old town. My only negative comment was on the beds, the mattresses were lumpy and this could be fixed easily. "

"Staying at Aliciazzz has been great, right in the historic center, so you can walk around easily everywhere. Metro trains connect you to everywhere else, 20 mins walk along the river and you reach the Guggenheim museum. My room was cery clean and tidy, i had everything i needed. Self check in is very easy and personnel lovely. Recommended. "

"Hotel location in Old Town was excellently situated right next to the river and all the hot spots. The room and bathroom was very spacious. Beds and bedding were clean and comfortable. The room was very quiet thanks to the enclosed balcony that kept all the street noise out of the room. There was a good sized desk and closet storage as well as outlets and USB bed-side. "The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, carrying my big suitcase up the steep stairs for me (I didn’t ask them to!). The agreed to us leaving luggage before and after our check in. The room was comfortable with good facilities and a great location. We were at the back of the hostel so despite building works and bars downstairs (at the front of the hostel) we couldn’t hear any of the noise. We’d stay again!"

"I’ve stayed in Bilbao about 50 times for business over the past 10 years. This isn’t my normal hotel, but it’s a really good back up. The parking here is more spacious that many other hotels in the centre and with good availability even if you’ve not booked. The rooms are comfortable and the location is good for the river and the old town "
