"Tutto perfetto peccato solo che non si potesse aprire la finestra"

"Great location for touristy stuff! Right across from the Tower Bridge and multiple of the city sightseeing tour bus stops. Tube access to the District/Circle line right around the corner from the hotel entrance as well. If you have any early flights to Stansted and/or Luton airports, night tube will not be accessible so be aware. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, the staff were exceptional & professional. Will definitely be returning in the future!"

"We loved the location, the history and the staff."

"موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الكثير من التدريب واللباقه"

"Room was quite noisy with the fan and when I turned it off, it was clicking too much."

"Only down side was there was no AC. They did provide a fan but it was still extremely hot in the room."

"Front desk, concierge, and the cleaning staff were all very kind, respectful, and helpful! I always felt very welcomed and would definitely come back in the future... close to Gloucester Road Station and Kensington Gardens, with Karak Chai nearby and many excellent Palestinian and Lebanese restaurant options within walking distance. Quiet and very clean rooms and conducive to business and/or leisure."
