"Aida was there to great us. She showed me the neighborhood, which was nice. there was plenty of room for the 5 of us, including a crib for our 2-year old. Keep in mind that it's a 3rd story walk up. A stop for Tram 28 is right around the corner (200 meters). The Tram that takes you down to Cais de Sodre is right next to that stop. It was all just really solid. Nothing fancy but nice. I feel confortable recommending a stay here. There are some small repairs that Aida should get taken care of...

Even though it’s not a busy street, but Lisbon is a party town, so you’ll hear some street singing at night and early morning. Also, keep in mind, it is a guest house. "The apartment itself was ok; great view but a bit run down (shower head was broken) & not as clean as it could be. They are lying about the property being vacant for 48 hours prior as we saw the previous guests check out of our room on the day we arrived. However the worst thing was the check in process. It was a nightmare. We knew it was a remote check in where we would receive a door code but we had no communication leading up to our arrival. On the day of arrival it took hours to even get...

"Ascensor de Bica is next door, can get loud but its tolerable. Property is close to restaurants, it can get loud at night from partygoers. Walkable to Time Out & Pink street. I don't recommend adding a 3rd guest in a room as it gets very tight and not convenient to walk around and across the bathroom & shower. 3rd adult guest should always get a bed and not a hide a way pull out, I feel."
