"Property was right in the middle of all the sights we wanted to see. Seems a bit crazy outside because its a very touristy area, but the inside of the hotel is very nice and well kept. Rooms were a bit small but very clean. "

"Located in the Baixa, centrally located, so easy to get anyplace in the city, either walking, metro or Uber. We had dinner there with a Fado show one evening and it was surprising good, usually not a fan of hotel food but this was worth it and good, and the Fado singer was excellent!"

"Have visited this Hotel on several ocassions and never been disapointed. I do think however that the cost of the Spa use should be reconsidered. "

"Location was great, lovely spacious hotel. Would definitely recommend and will check this group of hotels out in the future. The only concern we had was the drainage smells coming from the shower and landing area. Would be good to address this problem."

"The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good with a broad choice. The staff are happy and helpful. Highly recommended as a good base for seeing Lisbon. The metro is a short walk away and the excellent Gulbenkian museum is a few streets away. "

"Great location, good price, exceptional staff. We stayed for two nights before flying home and the lady at the reception desk asked us how we had found the room, street noise and if she could do anything for us. We asked if we could get a coffee and she not only provided this in the breakfast area but showed us how to use the coffee machine and then made us two coffees. It's a small thing but I really meant a lot to us."

"Excellent location. Service was excellent. They even give homemade chocolate each night. Only bad thing was the mattress was too hard for my liking."

"The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."
