"The apartment itself was ok; great view but a bit run down (shower head was broken) & not as clean as it could be. They are lying about the property being vacant for 48 hours prior as we saw the previous guests check out of our room on the day we arrived. However the worst thing was the check in process. "Great location. The vibe is positive and friendly. Layout, bar, good great quality and affordable. This was my first time staying at a hostel and it was a very comfortable, clean, overall good experience. Only criticism is that there is only shower for all hostel guests to share. If you like some privacy I recommend book in the room with only 4 beds rather thank the larger rooms."

"The location is ideal, with only a 10-minute walk to the main square & both the railway station and boat terminal. There are 2 cafes at street level & the food market is just down the road. Sadly, the view from the balcony is poor as a large building now blocks any view."
