"It was great"

"So what I liked the most about my stay there was the staff in the beginning when i checked in. They were nice, friendly and got my room as quick as possible. The next thing I liked was the waiter i had when i ate dinner, it was very enthusiastic and he had a sense of urgency and he was very respectful. Next were the valet they was very kind. And the last thing i liked was the lady at the front desk when i was checking out. She was an Angel. Overall my experience was a 10 out of 10"

"I was redirected to a room on the first floor near the lobby and that was a big help because I am disabled the staff is really polite and helpful and my stay was peaceful and enjoyable"

"Let me start by saying that the staff was amazing. Front desk helped me with issues that I found with the room (smelled like cigarette smoke and closet door handle broke off). The hotel really needs to be updated due to wear and tear. "
