"The property was very clean. The staff was helpful. I liked after we watched the baseball game, walking back to the hotel and sitting at the bar for a drink. That was very nice. A good night Sleep we’re very pleased."

"Only had one person at front desk.got there at 3:45pm to check in.guy said it would be $15 more for early check-in.so we waited till 4 pm.pretty sad to want to charge you $15 more because you were 15 minutes early.So then at 4pm the line was getting long.only one worker to check you in.they might want to re-evaluate their early check in policy."

"I recently stayed here to celebrate my wedding. The hotel itself is nice. I enjoyed the valet service, but unfortunately, Maintenance broke some of our personalized celebratory items and discarded them without a word. The hotel staff was kind of dismissive of this. I did enjoy the chocolate covered strawberries as a gift from the hotel manager. The room is cozy and the staff was friendly if nothing else"

"The rooms were clean but I am not satisfied with the check in process at this location. I stood in line for about one hour to get checked in only to be told that the room was not ready due to the Cardinals Cubs game making the hotel booked to capacity and the cleaning staff could not clean the rooms fast enough. We finally got a room after we went to the game which was at 6:15 pm. Even then it took about 15 minutes to get to the desk to check in. Our check in time was at 4:00 and we finally got into our room at about 9:00-9:30 pm. I’m sure there were at least 20 customers in line after me waiting for a room. At breakfast they ran out of juice and I saw no eggs. I did get coffee. I will never stay at this location again with that type of of service."

"It was an above average stay, the hotel was maintained. The pool was cold, great for summer. Breakfast was excellent and the staff for breakfast also great! No loyalty points were allowed as we had booked through an alternate booking site. That was disappointing. Overall we would stay again."
