"Quirky lodging — seems to be a mix of apartments and hotel suites. Our “room” was a 1 bedroom w/ a kitchen/dining/living room and a nice bathroom. Very clean and comfortable. We were on the third floor and there is no elevator but this wasn’t a problem since we tend to use steps anyway! Location was excellent for dining and generally walking around Guelph."

"Busy weekend but quiet stay. It was grad weekend as well as some kind of biker weekend. Parking lot was full at night, but the rooms was quiet. Later on the 2nd day they came and offered maid service...when I checked on i noticed they had a free breakfast that I was not aware of...room was decent.. amenities were decent. Shower worked well..."

"Absolutely loved our brief stay at the Norfolk Guest House. It was clean, charming, had everything we needed and the gardens and patios were beautiful. We were in Guelph for my daughter’s graduation and we took lovely photos in the gardens. Price was great and the host was friendly, efficient and helpful. Everything was easy and we hope to come again for a more leisurely stay!"

"I booked a studio suite and was surprised at how spacious it was. There was nothing that I felt that I needed outside the room other than ice. Work station was excellent. There were room darkening shades on the windows. Area was open and bright."
