Basement would be made available of number of guests exceed 6. Basement is spacious with an 8 seater sectional couch and a queen size air bed with a full WR and it can easily sleep 2 adults. Very nice property with a beautiful view. Great deck to sit an enjoy. There is road construction that we were unaware of that was noisy, but overall a nice stay.
