New hotel in great shape, friendly helpful staff, unfortunately there is $250 deposit charged at check-in which isn't mentioned anywhere in the booking, we stayed on May 11th & today is May 24th - still no return of our deposit ... disappointed in how long it is taking to receive it back

Room was booked on line through Expedia. I booked it for my cousin who has the same last name. She was coming to Orangeville because her Mother had died the day before. When booking, it auto filled my name so I called the hotel to specifically let them know my error. The hotel (I have the name of the staff remember) said I had to change the booking with Expedia. I contacted Expedia and was on the phone for 45 min and then they dropped the call! Disgusting service! If my credit card shows a charge for the room that night I will explode and fight it.

Very nice hotel...room was very nice, clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Not a far drive to downtown and to Island Lake. Highly recommend....the staff are very friendly and welcoming

I would have given 5 stars for everything but my bedding had to be changed as they had some sort of grit on the sheets and stain that looked like blood. They said that it just came out of the wash and couldn’t understand what happened. They changed the sheets and comforter with no problem and they also lined me an iPhone charger cause mine stopped working which was nice of them. Overall they were very accommodating, understanding, friendly and helpful.

Parking was great. Staff was helpful. The room was clean and well laid out. Breakfast had a good selection. My only complaint is that the 'eggs' were tasteless. I'm pretty sure they came out of a box. Great place otherwise, we enjoyed our stay.

There was lots of parking spaces which was in an open and well-lit lot, and I could see my car from my room. I could see cameras at the front door which had my car in view, so I was comfortable my car was safe overnight. The breakfast was simple, just what you need. I enjoyed the western-style omlette and the coffee. Staff were friendly. Room was relatively clean - some rust dripping from the safety bar in the shower and what appeared to be a piece of mint green rubber or chewed gum in the corner of the bathroom by the toilet - I didn't take a closer look to confirm what it was.
