"We had the a perfect view of Lake Como from our room which was absolutely incredible. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Many lovely restaurants nearby, and the hotel is literally right in front of the boat terminal so very walkable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit!"

"Breathtaking views out of the surrounding windows as you had breakfast every morning. Wonderful cocktails made by the bar with comfortable seating areas to enjoy some relaxation time. All of the staff were very helpful in getting dinner reservations and answering questions. The car service to take you and pick you up was also amazing. "

"Overall, you really do only pay for the view. Hotel rooms are quite outdated with very minimal in room amenities. Staff are very friendly and the food at the restaurant was beautiful however that’s where it ends. Wifi is very average and hardly works/reaches the terrace rooms. Our room was FULL of mould all over the walls in the bedroom and bathroom which is not a great sight. "It was up a hill a ways and a little hard to find. They had to turn on the heat for me. It wasn't very strong. Old radiator. Tv was tiny. Curtain would have been ineffective. They had storm shutters. That helped. Lots of road noise. Some guests left at 5 am. A little noisy. They wouldn't let you bring in outside food. "The location was perfect to visit the various cities/towns on Lake Como. The ferry/port is located less than 15 minutes walk, same with a series of restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. If you're into cycling, as I am, this is a great place to base yourself. Bring your own bike or rent from a location within walking distance. I look forward to coming back. Family run and friendly staff. "

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel.
