Although the reception is located by the main street, you need to go up several steps beside the building to get to the back where the rooms are located. Could not find fault with the room or service and the free tea,coffee,cake, croissants in reception was very nice although personally I missed having a kettle in the room. Hotel was perfectly placed about 1 minute walk away from the ferry station, so easy to get around even without a car"

They need to help guests arriving by car a little, my navi did nor recognise that many streets are pedestrian. Best approach is head to the cathedral, along the train tracks, and turn left by the cathedral. "
