"Nice location and very clean, but. . . . . — It took more than 24 hours to confirm the reservation, which was a bit unnerving. — No air conditioning. — Fourth floor, no elevator. — Shabby and in need of updating. — Poor water pressure for showers. — Ran out of hot water for showers. None of that was revealed in the advertising."

"Excellent location for Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station. Nice area with cafes etc off the Main Street. Only downside were wobbly tired stools to sit on, lack of toiletries and it was very hot although a portable fan was provided. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful."
