"Uma Galih Ubud Villa is wonderful. The property itself seems so private, with a personal entrance gate, walled-in villa (with amazing high ceilings that become musical during evening showers rain on the roof), and a lovely swimming pool. Owner/Manager Mr WIsnu and his team are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Reasonably priced breakfasts (ordered a day in advance), both western or Balinese, were delicious. I especially appreciated the availability of ride services throughout the island...

"We got picked up from the airport by the owner who was very friendly and very helpful. The villa was perfect. The private pool with the swan, the kitchen, the bedroom and the bathroom. The bed was very large and soft and the bath was large - big enough for two! We had in house massages by the pool and the breakfast was lovely. This false advertisement caused a lot of inconvenience, especially since there was no taxi service available for pickup or transportation.
