"Living room furniture should be replaced. It’s worn and not comfortable to use. The same is recommended for master bedroom mattresses. Mattresses have seen their best years. Cheap pillows. “Dollar Store” quality patio chairs. They’re made of thin and cheap plastic. Not safe to sit in. Two of the four chairs were broken. Master toilet flushing was nearly non-functional. "
"Property is smaller than picture. We stayed in early December and so not sure when it was last cleaned but it was dirty and there were roaches and although it’s got a kitchen it didn’t have any basic items like coffee tea spices for cooking. Management wasn’t willing to refund nor compensate our uncomfortable stay. "

"We had a great stay! Great location. There was lots of dishes inside the house so we were able to cook and grill out often. Plenty of space and great living spaces. Perfect house for our family vacation of 12! The owner was also very gracious and responsive and answered any questions I had. "

"This cozy lil studio was simply amazing. Location is top notch. Bed was incredibly comfortable and nights were quiet as a mouse. We phoned MJ for extra towels and he was over in a matter of minutes. We thoroughly enjoyed our week here and definitely hope to be back soon. Such a lovely little place to rest, but so close to all the action, dining and beach entrance. "

"Home is cute and sweetly stocked take home goodies. Bring your own K cups if you want to brew coffee at house. It very much is a tiny home so you have to get creative on where to unpack / store luggage. Location cannot be beat! Easy breezy walk to anywhere you want to go in the Seaside shopping/dining/beach area. Also backs up to WaterColor and easy walk to their boathouse for paddle boarding. "
"The property was amazing - very small and quaint but perfect for small family of four. The small cottage style of this place is adorable. Very clean when we arrived. Beds were very comfortable which was great - often a negative when traveling. Not ideal to have 1.5 bath with shower only but worked out fine. Absolutely LOVED the bikes and the neighborhood and proximity to the beach and private beach, not crowded in this spot at all. Annoying that the lock code was automatically changed on the door an hour before departure time and this was *NOT in all the directions, but I messaged the management company - doesn’t reflect the actual place and experience and gave feedback to warn others if they are going to do that. "

"We had a wonderful vacation at this condo! The location was GREAT- close walking distance to the watercolor beach club, little bit longer walk to Seaside square (but still manageable with kids!) and an easy trolley ride to Camp Watercolor. The layout of the condo worked perfectly for us!Communication with the owner was superb, that was really helpful and a relief. However there were a few simple fix drawbacks. It would be nice if there were curtains in the front “kids” bunk bed bedroom. Newer towels and sheets would be appreciated. Sheets were clean but stained from previous tenants and the towels were very small thin towels and not very many. Extra blankets/comforters would have been helpful too. Overall, this was a great stay and recommend it! "
