"The location of Caza is great! Walking distance to Lombard, Chinatown, Pier 39, and more. Hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. My only complaint is that it the room said partial view of bay. I could only see the Marriott behind us. Wasn’t super important as we spent most of our time out and about. "

"The room was clean and staff were very helpful. We enjoyed our stay and we will come back again. We didn’t use any of amenities and including the roof top we can’t say anything about it."

"It was very beautiful and very comfortable!! The view was amazing and the bed was very nice. The front desk people was super duper nice to us and always helped the most they can!! Only thing is that the deposit is very high. But if that's what they think is best then its fine. Loved the location!!!"
