Bianca at the reception was most courteous, helpful and friendly - she even helped us carry our luggage from the car. The hotel is in a great location with walking distance to the city center. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciate Bianca’s hospitality. Will definitely recommend to friends visiting Bath. "

"Super quaint gem. Staff are amazing! Great location with easy access to central Bath and all that it has to offer. Breakfast was excellent, didn’t have a chance to try the restaurant for dinner but we had a night cap in the lounge which was also exceptional. This was our first time staying at one of the “Guest House” properties, looking forward to trying other locations. "
