"What stood out are the beds/sheets. So good! But The gym was ok. The restaurant had potential but service was ok and although they offered coffee in the room, it would be nice to have another option besides walking into a restaurant and ordering a $7.25 brewed coffee. Also had to get my water there too. The excellent customer service comes in the small stuff."

"Everything about this hotel was wonderful. We arrived late but it was still very easy to park and the staff at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The room was gorgeous and comfortable and clean. I don't understand why hotels put frosted glass barn doors on bathrooms but once we got used to that everything was truly perfect. It was a great location, too, for when we had things planned outside of the city. I would definitely book here again."
